R. P. Shaha's dream al through those days was to establish a hospital in his native village, Mirzapur to serve the common people. A hospital that would provide all kinds of medical care free of cost. He also thought that the foremost requirement to achieve the empowerment in the society specially for women is education and he started to establish residential girls school at Mirzapur.
